FAQs – Online School Fee Payment

 

1. Who can use the online fee payment facility? Parents or legal guardians of enrolled students can use this facility.

2. What payment methods are accepted? Payments can be made using approved debit cards, credit cards, or online banking, subject to gateway availability.

3. Will I receive a payment confirmation? Yes. A payment confirmation/receipt will be generated after a successful transaction.

4. What if my payment fails but the amount is deducted? Any deducted amount will be reversed by the bank or payment gateway as per their standard timelines.

5. Are online payments refundable? Fees paid online are non-refundable unless otherwise approved by the School.

6. Is my payment information secure? Yes. Payments are processed through secure third-party gateways, and the School does not store card or banking details.
